Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym membership? 
No. Many of our clients train from a home gym setup. Your coach can design your training program to work with whatever equipment you have available. 

Do you provide meal plans? 
No we do not. Only registered dieticians can provide meal plans for clients. Our team of nutritionists provide insights on calories, macronutrients, meal timing, food choices, nutrition habits, and more! But we cannot provide exact meal plans.

How do you choose my coach?
When you sign up you fill out a short intake form. This form gives us insight on your goals, training history, and needs. Based off this, we assign you the coach that is best suited to help you reach your goals. When you sign up, you can also ask for a certain coach, if you have a preference.

What plan is best for me? 
What plan is best for you depends on your goals, training/nutrition history, budget, and personality. You can set up a free intro call with one of our coaches to get a more individualized recommendation. 

Does online coaching work? 
Yes! Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your athletic performance, online coaching can help! Your coach designs your entire plan of action, supports you through the process, and does any necessary troubleshooting.

Who is online coaching best for?
Online coaching is an amazing tool if you’re busy or want flexibility in your training schedule. It is also a great option for those who don’t want the cost investment of personal training, but would still like a way to reach their goals quicker and more effectively. Online coaching is a great tool whether you are new to exercise and nutrition protocols, or you are experienced and just want to reach your goals more efficiently. 

Can online coaching help with my form? 
If you are worried about your exercise form, a great place to start would be virtual personal training sessions. These live personal training sessions can provide instant feedback on your form, so necessary corrections can be made. If you are registering directly into online coaching, you can send as many form videos to your coach as you’d like. They can then message you necessary corrections, and run over form on your video check-ins

What is included in an intro call?  
Our intro calls will review your goals, training/nutrition history, schedule, budget, and lifestyle. Off of this information, our coach can give a recommendation about what training program would be best for you, and how KPCC Coaching can help you reach your goals!

What is your late/cancellation policy on check-ins and training sessions? 
To cancel or reschedule a check-in, virtual personal training session, or in-person training session, kindly provide more than 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. Please note that check-ins and personal training sessions are considered cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

What happens if I’d like a refund?  
For 3-month packages, we kindly request that cancellations be made within the first 10 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. After this period, refunds will not be available. Similarly, monthly subscriptions must be canceled within the initial 10-day window of purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription? 
To cancel your subscription, simply inform your coach. Please be aware that if you are in the middle of a billing cycle, there will be no refund provided for the remaining days within that 30-day period.
